About the Role
The HR Representative will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing recruitment and employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and local labor laws. This role is ideal for a proactive individual passionate about people and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Assist in creating and implementing performance evaluation systems and professional development plans.
HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.
Payroll Support: Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Training & Development: Coordinate training programs for staff, including workshops for instructors and administrative personnel.
Policy Management: Maintain and update employee handbooks, contracts, and HR documentation.
HR Metrics: Track and report HR metrics such as turnover rates, training effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
Team Engagement: Organize team-building activities and events to enhance employee morale and collaboration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR representative or in a related HR role, preferably in the fitness, sports, or service industry.
Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
