About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our student base. The ideal candidate will be passionate about martial arts, fitness, and delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including social media, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
Client Engagement: Welcome walk-in prospects, provide academy tours, and effectively communicate the benefits of our programs.
Sales Conversion: Understand client needs, recommend suitable programs, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, upselling additional programs and services when appropriate.
Event Promotion: Promote academy events, competitions, and workshops to maximize participation.
Data Management: Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in our CRM system.
Feedback Collection: Gather and relay client feedback to improve our offerings and customer experience.

Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, martial arts, or sports industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build rapport with potential clients and students.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of martial arts is a plus but not mandatory.
